 Special Note

It seems the history of the Worldwide Church of God is complex. Although (according to the Wikipedia entry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grace_Communion_International), there are congregations that continue the teachings of Herbert W. Armstrong in one form or another, the organisation itself in the years following Armstrong's death in 1986 abandoned many of his unbiblical teachings and—understandably enough—renamed itself Grace Communion International. As they state on their website: "The church is now in full agreement with the statement of faith of the National Association of Evangelicals."
