Dr. S. Shyam Sunder, the lead investigator of The National Institute of Standards & Technology's investigation into the W.T.C. disaster, explains to Allen Rees of No Lies Radio why N.I.S.T. did not test the W.T.C. debris for explosives. Whether or not it was scientifically justified for N.I.S.T. to declare infeasible all demolition hypotheses before looking at all the available evidence is for each of us to decide.
