Russia Today, "Chilcot what? State Department spokesman stumped by inquiry", RT.com (24 August 2015)

Incredible though it may seem to many (myself included), apparently US State Department spokesman Admiral John Kirby hasn't even heard of the Chilcot Inquiry! Would it be too cynical of me to think that perhaps - just perhaps - he is feigning ignorance? After all, I wouldn't want to have to explain why Washington is refusing to release certain documents about the Bush-Blair discussions prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
