This is very much worth reading. Mark Crispin Miller shares a report by Russell Bentley of Texas currently living in Donbass, whose "exemplary takedown of the “Ukraine” propaganda" Miller says "demolishes three whopping lies about "Ukraine," with visual evidence beyond dispute."

Whether the evidence is actually "beyond dispute" I leave you to decide, but it seems pretty convincing to me.
